January 1st, 2018- At approximately 1200 hours Engine Company 73 was transferred to Company 33 while crews were operating on a house fire in the 6600 block of Lacona Street in Company 26's first due. While on the transfer Engine Company 73 was alerted on a special alarm to assist with the house fire in 26's first due. Company 7 operated for approximately two hours. As Engine Comapny 73 was clearing the scene they were alerted to the 7600 Block of Mezmer Lane in Company 25's first due as the third due engine on the reported house fire. December 29th, 2017- At approximately 1300 hours Engine Company 73 was dispatched as the third due engine company for the reported house fire in the 4400 block of 39th Street in Company 55's first due. Units arrived to find fire in all three floors of the residence. Company 7 operated on division one and then on the side charlie crawl space. November 20th, 2017- at approximately 1700 hours Engine 73 was dispatched as the working fire dispatch engine on the 9200 block of Mchenry Lane in Company 28's first due. Company 7 operated for just over an hour. As Company 7 cleared this call Engine 73 was alerted for the reported basement fire in the 7900 block of Kara Court in Company 48's first due. Engine 73 arrived as the first due engine company with fire conditions in the basement. Company 7 operated for approximately three hours before returning to service.  |

August 22nd, 2017- At 0030 hours Engine Company 73, Chief 7-A and Chief 7-B were alerted to a reported house fire in the 4800 block of 66th Avenue in Company 30's first due. Units arrived to find smoke showing from side alpha of the residence. Engine Company 73 arrived on scene and established rapid intervention while Chief 7-A was assigned to safety. Units operated on scene for approximately an hour before returning to service.

August 16th 2017- At approximately 1700 hours Engine Company 73, Chief 7 and Chief 7-B responded to a reported apartment fire in the 1400 block of Kanawha St in Company 34's first due. Arriving units had a working fire on the third floor of a garden style apartment. Engine 73 arrived on scene secured a secondary water supply and established rapid intervention on side A. Units operated for a hour before returning to service.
