On May 13, 2014 at 0712hrs PSC received calls reporting a fire in the house located in the 6300blk of Martins Ln in company 28's area. Tower 7 and Chief 7 were dispatched as the first due special service and responded with 5 personnel. Tower 7 arrived on the scene behind the first arriving engine with smoke showing. Tower 7 split their crew with the outside team laddering sides Alpha, Bravo, controlling the utilities, and the inside team preforming the primary search. Tower 7's outside team then joined the inside team by preforming the secondary search and assisting with overhaul work. With the fire being contained to the room of orgin command scaled back the units and held the first engine and Tower 7. Tower 7 cleared the scene in just over a hour.
