Saturday March 29, 2014 the members of Riverdale Fire Department made the short trek over to MFRI in College Park for a day of Tower company operations training. Members spent the morning session with forcible entry, venting the roof, and search and rescue. The afternoon session brought live fire drills including more search and rescue training as well as advancing lines. It is nice to take the training we use with out daily and weekly drills and be able to apply them in a "real life" setting.
