On April 12, 2014 Engine 72 was dispatched for the motor vehicle accident with one reported trapped. Engine 72 arrived on the scene to find a two vehicle accident accident with one patient trapped in their vehicle. Engine 72's crew started EMS care and pulled a protection line before the arrival of other units. Rescue Squad 14 arrived on the scene and preformed the extrication of the patient. The patient was turned over to the waiting EMS as the suppression crews picked up.
